Kappa Alpha Theta has District Leadership Conferences (DLCs) every year in the winter - the new exec board from each college chapter attends in her district (we have 9 districts) for general and job-specific leadership training. Also, in non-Convention years, we have Officers' Conference for the "Official Family" - district and international officers.
We've also tried Alumnae Roadshows in non-Convention years in the recent past for alumnae chapters. I'm not sure what the current plan is with those.
