My personal feelings are this:
Be who you are and your friends will still be your friends. There is great joy in joining a group with your friends but there is also a downside because you might not get to know your other sisters as well because you already have your group. So be who you are and go where you want to go.
As to Facebook and Myspace... I am looking for PNMs on those sites but I don't think that we as a greek community should use those as a judging devise on PNMs. That isn't fair. I do agree that a PNM should have the self respect to not post those half naked drunk photos but sometimes as freshwoman we don't know who we are yet and we don't know how we want others to see us.Think back to who you were your freshman year of college and who you are now... are you presenting yourself to the public in the same light or way?
