I use Aveda. I moved to my current neighborhood a few months ago, and there's an Aveda hair salon right up the street. I needed a haircut, so I tried them and liked the results!
The shampoo, conditioner, and other hair products are a bit pricey, but you only need to use a little each time you wash, and their products are all natural, no animal testing or anything like that.
The only problem is that, in summer, I sometimes end up with a swarm of bees around my head...
