Happy Father's Day to all the Fathers (and men who fill the role) on GC.
To my dad,
You rode the rails for a Railroad company for 30+ years but it was the path you walked with me on from boyhood to manhood for which I'm most grateful. All those driveway "basketball wars," where you cheated and never gave me a break, but somehow knew I wouldn't quit, were never really about b-ball at all. They were about life--its bumps, bruises, and yes....its comebacks.
I'm a man today because I watched you do it back-in-the-day. I'm thankful to God that you're my dad.
