To ADqtPiMel: Do you have long legs? Many stores (at least the ones I go to), sell pants with a 32 or even 33" inseam, which usually fit people your height.

Those aren't long. I'm 5'6" on a good day and I wear a 31" or 32", depending on where the pants sit.
