I think the Divine 9 is much like anything else; if you're not looking for it you're not seeing it. In San Diego there're city wide chapters which means your average college student doesn't get bombarded with D9 letters as much as the other GLOs on campus.

I'll pick up some In N Out on the way there. Seriously, everyone is shallow everywhere. Even working class folk. They're just shallow about less expensive stuff.
