Thanks DGPhoney, I was gonna make that clear that the thread is about a National MG council.
But I think I agree w/ CrucialCrimson about if there was only one group on campus....what's the point of forming a council. At my alma mater, we just formed a MGC and there are about 10 groups in it. However, it was just my sorority, I doubt we would have started an MGC. The whole point of a council is for those orgs involved to support one other, just like CrucialCrimson mentioned. What would be the point of a council w/ just one group? I guess I can see if you wanted to get one started so that in the future, when there are more groups to join, it would be there. But then again, that doesn't sound like a good idea. I mean it does, but it doesn't....might as well wait when there are others to join.
