use the symbol font on your computer, type the Greek letters and print it out. You can cut them out or transfer onto a sheet of thin plastic (you can buy those templates at Michaels) and then trace onto a fuseable web backing your fabric. Iron on and either stitch in place or seal with a line of puff paint around the letters.
You can also use fun fonts like comic sans to spell out the letters and repeat the above steps.
