Would you care to share what you look(ed) for in a candidate?
Rather, generally speaking what criteria is(was) important when looking at candidates? I think that is a better question than the first one.
Mind you, whatever the Soror states does NOT necessarily mean that the sorors on YOUR campus or the sorors in your areas will agree or will look for in a candidate.
