If relations are really bad, and I mean, if the sororities are always fighting, you can do a "mediation". Basically, this was done at one of the campuses I advise. The sororities hate each other, so the greek advisor had a Saturday seminar where each sorority was allowed to have 2 members go to the session. Each sorority was allowed to say whatever they wanted about the others. And it got pretty nasty, but in the end, it allowed them to see that each group is different, and that stereotyping women into this group or that is really harmful for the system. They've been doing better with getting along, but they've got a lot of work to go.
