I chuckled a bit when I saw this article because I am from Toledo (well, theoretically a suburb- but I go to the University of Toledo).

I don't mean to be a bitch, but where this happened at, was a nasty end of town anyway. I won't drive there unless absolutely necessary and its an area where my mom would always be like "lock the doors". It might not be bad if all the old run down buildings in this end of town were destroyed...
