My aunt makes this orange sweet potato/yam thing every thanksgiving. She got the recipe from Martha Stewart. Anyway, you put the stuff in a half an orange peel and bake it so it gets brown on top. They are so good, and have a nice citrus flavor to them. If you want more info, let me know.
