The thing I love most about my chapter, Beta Upsilon, is that we have proven that we can make it through really hard times together. We had a rough semester last year with some people who weren't really feeling the Phi Mu bond...but we have so much love and spirit this year! And something we say at every meeting and all the time is...
I AM PROUD TO BE A PHI MU!
I would suggest integrating that into your chapter. Our president, Corrine, says it at all our meetings. It's in alost everyone's IM profiles. In our emails. EVERYWHERE.
