Hoboken - Senlable and Positive14 have been running a terror cell out of, of all places, Hoboken. The two are former KGB agents with training in psychological warfare. Following the disintegration of the Soviet bloc, they set up a cell in Hoboken, NJ and one in Oshkosh, WI to spread "stories" on internet message boards.

Both Senlable and Positive14 have ties to the Lockerbie flight massacre according to another story that may not be verifiable regarding rogue intelligence agents that run drug cells.
