Has any chapter or alumanae association ordered a custom totebag? Apparently the company will customize the ribbon band on top to reflect the organization symbols. IE the Kappa one has cross-hatched keys with fleur-de-lis in the plain areas. Let me know how the VV company was in terms of business practices etc.
