Harmless thread ya'll relax, just the titles a little umm attention grabbing. As for the real question. I know the little plastic breathe things they are kinda neat. They get kinda hot though when you first eat them. Make altoids tase mild compared to this hot boyz but yea I thought they just evaporate after you put them in the mouth, so the option of spitting or umm swallowing just isn't there
