Havent many Presidents tried to Change the Constitution in Thier Terms of Office.

Oh, Let Women Vote, Dont make Booze.

I dont think that was the idea of The Creators and Signers of the Original One.

Remember, anytime there is a change, then there has to be an opposite change to right the screw up from KNEE JERK reations.

But, once it is on Paper, then it is a fact.
