How would one go about joining NPHC? Is there more than just the D-9 in NPHC (I need to do my homework)? Is NPHC open to expanding to the D-10?

There are a lot of good threads discussing some of this stuff that can give you a lot of info. I'm sorry that I can't point you to them more specifically. Perhaps one of the NPHCers can remember a few in particular that may be helpful to you.
