shannon went looking for Walt with the dog. Sayid followed. they had some words (sayid thinking shannon's crazy b/c walt is not on the island). i think they told each other they loved each other, although my husband was talking to me for some odd reason at that point (how dare he). they were embracing eachother when that familiar jungle ghost sounding talking started. shannon looked behind her and there was walt, putting his hand to his mouth to say "hush' so of course she yelled out to him. sayid freaked out and ran after shannon, who was running after walt. a few seconds later, a gun shot. sayid runs ahead and sees shannon, was shot in the gut. he looks up and there is the ana lucia chick with gun in hand standing with jin, michael, sawyer and the other "tallies."
