I find it interesting that people are responding to this thread as if they are on trial.
I am attempting to put the shoe on the other foot so I can better understand where you all are coming from. I have seen threads pop up on more than one occasion, where members are voicing their opinions about certain behaviors they observe in sisterfriends (asking questions that have already been answered, seeking membership information, not searching, etc). I do not get excited when these posts appear. If they don't apply to me specifically, then they must apply to some other sisterfriend. Otherwise, the post would not be there.
So for the life of me, I can't understand why people who say they do not have "elitist" posting patterns are so upset by my comments. If the shoe doesn't fit you, it will fit someone else. Only the guilty feel the need to get defensive.
