Hi there fellow greeks! Wow..I feel like I'm addressing such a huge group..so much bigger then our little Theta corner of the forums! Well here goes, and if this post is in the wrong place, I apologize and please, delete it or move it! I won't be offended!
I got called last night by a friend of mine and asked to activate with the red-cross here in orlando. If ANY of you are in the orlando area and have any free time 9:30-5pm tomrorow (friday) or saturday, or anytime in the next two weeks from 9:30-5:00 please please PLEASE drop me a PM or an e-mail (singinfifi@aol.com), or call me, I really don't care what time it is, if you want to help, I need you!
The red cross is slammed, right now we're working on getting people set to deploy, what I need are at least 6 people at all times between 9:30am and 5:00pm to answer phones/make calls/enter people into the data base/direct/find resources!
If any of you can help, i'd really appreciate it, and I know there are a lot of people out there who have lost everything that would feel the same way.
