Coop, good point!

I just wonder if the Alcohol and the other Laws dont really make a difference between Canada and USA when it comes to R M at Colleges?

Back before the restrictive Laws placed on States there was no binge drinking. It was just a social occasion and party, not well lets just get screwed up and get drunk!
