What? When did you go to college? Where did you go to college? Unless one of our 50 great states is dry, it's not hard to come across alcohol - ESPECIALLY at college. And, if someone is under 21 and in a GLO, it's not really right to assume that their GLO is supplying them liquor. Booze at college is plentiful.
