I know that in our organization, it is against our alcohol policy to wear letters while drinking. This means in a bar, at a kegger, or anywhere where you will be consuming alcohol. Now, this is a bit strict, I agree. We would not wear our sweatshirts or jackets or that sort of big letters to parties or bars, but we didn't take off our lavaliers or anything like that.
