I've always kept my living space (dorm room, apartment, etc) neat enough, but I've never gone overboard enough to find a place for every little thing.
My freshman year roommate ~ she was a neat freak. Our desks were next to each other. If I had ONE piece of paper overhanging her desk by 1/4 inch: "Do you think you could MOVE that???"
All I gotta say is I got a single the next year and she didn't.
My husband and I have alphabetized our CDs, but they aren't really categorized. Makes it interesting when you find Madonna, Metallica, and Mozart all on the same shelf.
