Possibility of NPC Expansion at North Carolina State U ?

It was from my understanding that Delta Delta Delta will colonize at NC State no earlier then the fall of 2006, and Kappa Delta will colonize no earlier then the fall of 2008. I believe NC State's Panhellenic will vote on expansion this coming fall. Tri Delta and Kappa Delta both presented when Pi Beta Phi presented at NC State, as well as Delta Gamma.
