Ok ladies, to answer a few questions:

1) No you do not need to wear business casual the whole time. Also the list of appropriate attire is actually more casual then business. From the packet attire may include: walking shorts, capri pants, khakis, dress pants paired with letters, a casual top, a sweater set or a blouse. Shoes or sandels may complete your look.
Thursday is travel casual (jeans and letters/Phi Sig shirt). Friday you will need comfy clothes for the Foundation walk. Business casual for the workshops and a dress, suit or skirt and top for the Foundation dinner (the more casual of the two dinners).
Saturday you will need business casual for the morning workshops and your white outfit for afternoon (Plenary). The ritual session (Alumnae chapter installation) immediately follows Plenary so you will just continue in your whites. Saturday evening is the Awards Banquet which is dressier. You will see everything there from cocktail dresses to to evening gowns.
**As a note on the white shoes there is not a specific requirement that they be closed toe. From experience it's better to see nylon covered toes than excessive cleavage and hootchie club skirts. Also please remember pants are NOT allowed.

2) The raffle gifts are typically brought by alumnae, however they did ask that collegians bring a recruitment shirt, chapter shirt, or Phi Sig items from their campus to donate to the auction. The alum gifts should be wrapped and between $15-20. Gifts usually include things from Bath & Body Works, picture frames, candles/holders, etc.

3) The local service project is for a local childrens hospital. Think toys for young children through teens, toiletries to make their stay more comfortable. Walmart was having their back to school sale so I got a bunch of packs of crayons and markers.

Sorry it's so long, but I hope I answered some questions!
Only one more week!
Tara
