We have girls sign sign bid cards because we turn them into the Greek Life office to keep track of were each girl goes. I also think, not completely sure, so that every NPC group can know if a PNM drops and the 1 yr. limit hasn't passed, she can't get another bid.
Having the girls write what size shirts they are is a great idea. Wish i would have thought of that.
