So my bestest friend got herself hitched this weekend! Long weekend, but SO exciting and fun!! I was a bridesmaid along with two other AX sisters - just the three of us. Made me really sentimental and gushy (as if I'm not already!) but I made it through the wedding with minimal tears (by the way, her husband - love saying that - is such a great guy... couldn't have made a better husband for her!)
So after the garter & bouquet toss (one of the sisters pushed a little girl out of the way to catch it but that's okay
) we had the new groom sit on a chair and the beautiful bride sat on his lap and we all sang the Alpha Chi Sweetheart Song to him. There were probably 10 of us there altogether. It was so sweet
I just wondered what you all do at weddings for the bride and/or groom to celebrate in the Alpha Chi way.
