Moving Help

I'm trying to move to find better employment. I want to move to either Houston, Texas or Atlanta, Georgia. I'm looking to work in the legal area or Education. I'm considered highly qualified in Louisiana because I've passed Praxis 1 and 2. Would anybody know if I would be able to get a job working in Texas, or Georgia being considered highly qualified and working on certification. As far a Georgia is concerned when I look on the internet for jobs everything says Atlanta, Georgia does anybody now if there are dfferent websites for......I guess different areas. A friend of mines sister told me to try to live in Marietta or Smyrna so I was trying to see if there were any jobs closer to that area, but everything just says Atlanta. Could some help me please. If anyone knows of any companies or websites that I could apply to in the legal are or any websites that I could apply to teach at in ATL or Houston would be a big help. THANKS.
