My guess is that she is being this way with you (the kissing and holding hands, always wanting to have sex, and the domestic stuff) because she suspects you're bored and wants to keep you interested. She's trying to show you that she is a great girlfriend.
I mean if you can't stnd having sex with her that is not good. But there is obviously a reason that you aren't breaking up with her. It sounds like you don't want to break up with her, you just want some things to change.
It also sounds like you are getting more confident with yourself which is making her insecure. You are improving your body and you notice people noticing you and it irritates you that more women are noticing you and that she's there saying "He's mine"
