They bought in a new development that is going up and a think a lot of the delays have been due to the hurricanes and getting the supplies there. Although they've also said that they they have to build the clubhouse and pools and all that fun stuff before they put up most of the houses. So they're in the group that's being built after that stuff. I think they're delayed about a year now though.

I figured that was the problem. I've heard that a lot of people are having trouble getting their homes built since builders are still busy making repairs. I know that some roofers are booked all the way through the end of September! Hopefully another hurricane (or 4) doesn't come through Florida again and set people back even further.
