how silly. the only way i could understand her feeling upset is if other members have done something similar and had 100% participation from the chapter. realistically, this is not the case.
i am doing a walk for CMN in june. since it is also phi mu's philanthropy, i sent out my webpage to my chapter's listserve. i will not be heartbroken if not all of the sisters donate zillions of dollars. i know there are many times i wish i had money to give to a cause and i just don't have any to give. life is like that.
