As mentioned, its difficult for anyone to give an opinion without knowing what is truly going on. You guys are all adults, AND your brothers - sit down with him, open up, get the stuff on the table....once its out in the open, it will work itself out. Again, he's not there to hold you down, he's there to help you out.
