Chi Omega and Kappa Sigma have been put on probation and are required to have alcohol education programming and community service. The penalties are due to the ski trip behavior, according to the
Daily Pennsylvanian.

The same article notes that some other fraternities at Penn are currently under investigation, while a couple of others have been cleared because actions were those of individual members, not the chapters.
A reminder: the U. of Pennsylvania ("Penn") is a private Ivy League university; it is not the same school as Pennsylvania State University ("Penn State"), which is the flagship public university in the state.
