A dent kit should be able to remove a lot of the dent if not all. The kits have plunger things in all different sizes and I know it has one about the size of a tangerine. I had to use that one for when my father hit his lawn mower when he backed my car out of the driveway. The dent kits can't remove really deep dents or huge dents caused by a bigger accident.
