At our school, all of the fraternities have a house, but none of the sororities do. I love the face that our dues are lower because we don't have a house, but I think it would be a great opportunity to get one. What could be better than living with your sisters??? We seem to manage fine without one though. We just reserve a room on campus for our meetings every week and we always have sleepovers at somebody's house so that we can just hang out and have fun together. We tried to get a house in the past, but there are too many regulations. So, for now, it is easier not to have one.
