My point is being on the down low isn't just black men.
It means sneaking around.
I can catch and give HIV to my fiancee without touching another man. I can do it with all the bootilicious women here in DC.
DOn't get me wrong what these brothers are doing is wrong, but let's not throw our problems on one reason. The spread of HIV is more complicated then that.
