He Hit & Run my Sister

One of my sisters was hit & run last night while on her way to the sorority house. Some jerk mowed down her car & took off. Witnesses got a partial plate so I hope they fine & arrest this creep. Luckily, she only received minor cuts & bruises. If she had had any passengers, they would have lost their legs or their lives.
I'm upset.
