I pay $365/month for 850sq ft one bed room apartment with a large walk in closet (and a regular one) with a riverview. The nieghborhood is quiet and very nice. I recently found out that my neighbor pays $300/month so please believe I will be fussing for even cheaper rent when that time rolls around.
My only complaint are the ducks that seem to congregate evvery morning near my window. I guess its their hangout or something.
