We used to hold clothing drives for this when I was in HS and in my early college years. Now we participate more in something called "Cinderella's Closet" in which we donate formal dresses and girls who are underprivileged can go "shopping" for dresses for prom or homecoming. It's kinda neat to know that your old formal dress is going to another event!
