Don't think of James as being the pot or the kettle. Think of him as the spoon. That big, smooth, black spoon that you use to stir your sweet, delicate chocolate pudding mix together.
He doesn't insult. he points out things - that yes, sometimes we don't want to hear - but its not harmful or hurtful.
