We always called that a "chant". And we actually refer to it by it's name and not say "Let's do the chant!" We say "Let's do our Hidey Tidey"
Hypothetical made up example:
Hidey Tidey
God Almighty
Who the Hell are we?
We're the best of all the rest
'cause we're Beta Phi! (pronounced fee in order to rhyme of course)
