I have a short hair cut and for the past year I've been trying products to make my hair curly or wavy(sp) while its wet. I guess you can say its the wet look. I've tried different kinds of mousse and my hair just doesn't react to it. I'm starting to think that my hair isn't the right texture for this type of look, but I've seen people with short hair as well as longer hair who have achieved this look and their hair seems to be just about the same texture as mine.
Does anyone know what I can use on my hair? It's the summer and I want do something so I don't have to spend so much time on my hair.
