Sister Shortage

Hi all.

Last year I created an organization called The Sisterhood of Mount Ida. Fall semester was a rough beginning, and the Spring sememester (so far) isn't going so well. I created the group with the intention of it being a sorority, but were still working on getting recognized as a sorority, not a "club" on campus.

In the Fall, we recruited about eight Sisters. As time went on, the amount of Sisters quickly diminished. At the start of the Spring semester, there are just TWO Sisters. Were in a bad Sister shortage!

My campus is quite small. The VP and myself are planning a recruitment week coming up.

For those who attend small colleges, how do you recruit? We aren't a large university. Do you have any advice for planning recruitment activities?
