USC tried to schedule a tough schedule, Notre Dame and Auburn were supposed to be good this year. USC didn't schedule any D1AA schools.
I tend to look at out of confrerence opponets since who you play in confrerence is a given....
USC:
August 30 at Auburn W 23-0
September 6 BYU W 35-18
September 13 Hawaii W 61-32
October 18 at Notre Dame W 45-14
LSU:
August 30 Louisiana Monroe W 49-7
September 6 at Arizona W 59-13
September 13 Western Illinois W 35-7
November 1 Louisiana Tech W 49-10
I could care less about all three title contenders but there is no soundproof reason where one of the teams doesn't belong. Kinda messed up.
