Unfortunatley NO! A Police Officers Peace cannot be disturbed!

You may by Law, cuss me and make disparing remarks all you want! But cannot make retuirbutions!

But, assault on an Officer is Prosecuted by the Judicial Office, District Attorney or Prosecuting Atorney Office! SAD BUT TRUE!

Now, there may be a Civil Law Suit Brought by the Individual or His Family against the Ass Whole!

Then it is in another Court of jurisdiction!

What can I tell Ya Bro!
