I have lived in Miami all my life and have yet to see that...
I happen to know a bunch of girls with not so big bootys and not so big breasts too...
I just happen to have a bubble butt...no big boobs...or fake ones for that matter...
not all "Miami-ans" are big boobied and bootied...not all "Miami-ans are shallow and into fashion trends ALLLLL the time...
not all "Miami-ans" are wild people who do nothing but party...
lol but i guess depending where you are coming from...when you visit, Miami's "flavor" can be a litle shocking at times..
