Just because someone has strange eating habits does not mean he/she is anorexic or bulemic. Also, these people are on tv and we are only seeing bits and pieces of what is going on in their lives for a specific amount of time. For all we know, we could be seeing snippets of the same conversation split into five or six different segments so we are meant to believe that this concern over her supposed "disorder" are continual.
