Patti LaBelle performed at the Delta's National Convention last year in Atlanta, not at the Southern Regional Conference. She said then that she was not a member of any sorority--honorary or otherwise. However, she had cousins who were Deltas and AKAs, and she brought the Delta cousins up on stage to introduce them.
